UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19

We would like to inform our guests about the extra precautions and health-safety measures undertaken by our hotel, including policy changes, in full accordance with the state's hygiene protocols:

• Full compliance with hygiene protocols.
• Health-first hygiene certificate.
• Continuous sanitization and safe-distancing; use of protective means by staff.
• Staff training.
• Collaborating doctor.
• Electronic check-in and check-out.
• Compulsory disclosure of every guest's details to health authorities, while strictly maintaining personal data privacy protection (state ordinance).
• Guest details that are disclosed to health authorities: name and surname, full address, nationality, phone number, personal e-mail, check-in and check-out date.
• Guests have to advise of precise arrival time, to be received in an outdoor area upon arrival (in the parking area).
• Increase of time intervening between check-out and check-in, to between 11am and 3pm (state ordinance).
• Where possible electronic payment and billing, the evening prior to departure, between 6pm and 9pm.
• Communication with reception via e-mail (karapak@otenet.gr), or via phone or SMS on +306977233829.
• Room cleaning, linen and towel change every 3 days, following the guest's request and during their absence (state ordinance), unless requested sooner.
• Air Conditioner filter disinfection according to regulations.
• Non-residents are not allowed to enter the hotel rooms.
• Traditional buffet-breakfast, behind protective crystal screens and served by staff.

Note that every apartment is spacious, independent, with a private entrance accessible from outdoors, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace/veranda.
