calendar_month Reservations & Policy

You can easily make a reservation through our official website using the online booking system, where you can check real-time availability and rates and complete your booking instantly. Alternatively, you may contact our reservations department or book through platforms such as Booking and Expedia.

A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation policies depend on the type of reservation (refundable or non-refundable). Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific terms.
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
For reservations in August, free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
If the cancellation is made within 7 days before arrival (or 14 days in August), 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.

• Check-out: until 11:00

If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to provide your room before 15:00, depending on availability and the departure time of previous guests. You are welcome to contact us before your arrival so we can check availability. Similarly, if you would like to remain in your room after 11:00 on your departure day, late check-out until 13:00 may be possible with an additional charge, subject to availability and the arrival time of incoming guests. While we cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. If needed, we can store your luggage for as long as required.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers.

We want all your guests to feel comfortable. Visitors are welcome in the common areas, however overnight stays in the room are limited to the number of guests included in the reservation. If you wish to accommodate an additional guest, and if the room capacity allows it, please contact us to check the possibility of adding an extra bed for an additional charge.

Yes, our hotel is pet-friendly and pets are welcome.

Our breakfast buffet, featuring fresh daily selections, is not included in the room rate. Breakfast is available at €12 per adult and €10 per child under 12 years old. It is served in our restaurant from 09:00 to 11:00. You may also enjoy your breakfast in the privacy of your room by collecting it from our kitchen area.
